摘  要:为应对大型水电站建设过程中工程复杂度高、技术难度大、安全风险高、管理难度大、信息孤岛及沟通协调效率低等问题,采用数字化、自动化和智能化等手段,应用物联网、云计算和大数据等先进技术,构建全业务、全要素、全流程的工程建设智能管控系统,研发并应用了服务于水电站建设各单位及各专业的数据协同共享技术、水电站施工运行安全智能监控预警技术及水电站施工运行电子文件智能归档管理技术,实现了水电站从设计、施工到运行管理全生命周期的智能化管理,对提升大型水电站工程建设的安全、质量和效率具有重要意义。In response to the challenges posed by high complexity,technical difficulties,high safety risks,management difficulties,information silos and inefficient communication and coordination in the construction process of large-scale hydropower stations,digital,automated,and intelligent approaches are adopted.By leveraging advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),cloud computing and big data,a comprehensive,all-encompassing,and end-to-end intelligent control system for con⁃struction is established.As well,data collaboration and sharing technology serving various units and spe⁃cialties in hydropower station construction,intelligent monitoring and early warning technology for con⁃struction and operation safety,and intelligent archiving management technology for electronic docu⁃ments during construction and operation are developed.These achievements have realized intelligent management of the whole lifecycle of hydropower stations,from design and construction to operational management,which can significantly enhance the safety,quality and efficiency of large-scale hydropow⁃er station construction.
