摘 要:高熵合金涂层具有优异的耐磨损和耐腐蚀性能,可以作为矿采冶金、能源电力、海洋工程等领域极端工况下零部件的强化防护涂层,具有广阔的应用前景。本文首先综述了高熵合金涂层不同制备方法的原理及工艺参数对高熵合金涂层微观组织和性能的影响,其次概述了耐磨耐蚀高熵合金涂层中各主元素的作用、相结构以及元素含量对其耐磨耐蚀性能的影响机制,论述了后处理方式对高熵合金涂层耐磨耐蚀性的影响规律,最后展望了高熵合金涂层在耐磨损耐腐蚀领域的应用前景及发展趋势。The high entropy alloy coating has excellent wear and corrosion resistance,and can be used as a strengthened protective coating for components and parts under extreme working conditions in mining metallurgy,energy power,ocean engineering and other fields,and has broad application prospects.In this paper,the principles of different preparation methods and the effects of technological parameters on the microstructure and properties of high entropy alloy coatings are reviewed.Secondly,the effect of main elements,phase structure and the influence of element content on the wear resistance of high entropy alloy coatings are summarized.The effect of post-treatment technology on the wear and corrosion resistance of the high entropy alloy coating is discussed.Finally,the application prospect and development trend of high entropy alloy coating in wear and corrosion resistance are prospected.
