摘  要:文章旨在探究复方中草药和益生菌制剂对蛋鸡产蛋量、蛋品质和经济效益的影响。试验将2100只50周龄左右的产蛋后期的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为7组,每组10个重复,每个重复30只。试验Ⅰ~Ⅶ组日粮分别向基础日粮中添加0、0.02、0.04、0.08、0.16和0.32和0.64%的复合制剂(复方中草药和益生菌制剂添加比例为5∶1),试验为期42 d。结果表明,与试验组Ⅰ相比,试验组Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组蛋鸡的产蛋率分别显著提高8.78%、8.82%和7.67%(P <0.05),与试验组Ⅰ相比,试验组Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅶ组蛋鸡的软破蛋率分别显著降低34.09%、36.36%和32.58%(P <0.05),与试验组Ⅰ相比,试验组Ⅲ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ组蛋鸡的料蛋比分别显著降低4.53%、4.12%和3.70%(P <0.05)。试验Ⅲ和Ⅴ组的蛋壳强度较试验Ⅰ组显著提高(P <0.05);试验Ⅲ和Ⅴ组的蛋白高度较对照组显著提高(P <0.05);试验Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组的哈氏单位较对照组显著提高(P <0.05);试验Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ组的饲料成本较对照组显著提高(P <0.05);试验Ⅵ和Ⅶ组的养殖总支出较对照组显著提高(P <0.05);试验Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组的售蛋收入较对照组显著提高(P <0.05);试验Ⅲ和Ⅴ组的净利润较对照组分别显著提高0.39和0.33元(P <0.05)。总之,本试验条件下,以试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡蛋品质和经济效益最佳。This experiment aims to explore the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine and probiotic preparations on egg production,egg quality,and economic benefits of laying hens.Select 2100 Hailan brown laying hens at the late stage of egg laying,aged around 50 weeks,and randomly divide them into 7 groups,with 1 group for every 10 replicates and 1 replicate for every 30 chickens.Add 0,0.02,0.04,0.08,0.16,0.32,and 0.64%of compound preparations(with a 5∶1 ratio of compound Chinese herbal medicine and probiotic preparations)to the basic diet as experimental groupsⅠtoⅦ,for a total of 42 days.The results showed that compared with experimental groupⅠ,the egg laying rates of experimental groupsⅢ,Ⅴ,andⅥwere significantly increased by 8.78%,8.82%,and 7.67%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with experimental groupⅠ,the soft breaking rate of experimental groupsⅢ,Ⅴ,andⅦwas significantly reduced by 34.09%,36.36%,and 32.58%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with experimental groupⅠ,the feed to egg ratio of experimental groupsⅢ,Ⅵ,andⅦwas significantly reduced by 4.53%,4.12%,and 3.70%,respectively(P<0.05).The eggshell strength of ExperimentⅢandⅤgroups was significantly improved compared to ExperimentⅠgroup(P<0.05);The protein height of experimental groupsⅢandⅤwas significantly increased compared to the control group(P<0.05);The Hasselblad units of experimental groupsⅢ,Ⅴ,andⅥwere significantly increased compared to the control group(P<0.05);The feed cost of experimental groupsⅤ,Ⅵ,andⅦsignificantly increased compared to the control group(P<0.05);The total farming expenditure of experimental groupsⅥandⅦwas significantly increased compared to the control group(P<0.05);The egg sales income of experimental groupsⅢ,Ⅴ,andⅥsignificantly increased compared to the control group(P<0.05);The net profit of ExperimentⅢandⅤgroups significantly increased by 0.39 and 0.33 yuan respectively compared to the control group(P<0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the egg quality
