摘 要:文章旨在探究槲皮素对生长猪生长性能、养分利用率及有害气体排放的影响。试验将400头健康的杂交猪(均重20.13±0.47 kg)随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复10头。试验日粮分别向各阶段基础日粮中添加0、50、150和450 mg/kg的槲皮素,试验为期102 d。结果表明:第一阶段,与对照组相比,150和450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪末重显著提高5.87%和5.84%(P <0.05),料重比显著降低7.76%和8.43%(P <0.05);第二阶段,与对照组相比,150和450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪末重显著提高6.16%和6.57%(P <0.05),料重比显著降低6.19%和6.78%(P <0.05);第三阶段,与对照组相比,150和450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪末重显著提高4.34%和5.42%(P <0.05);全阶段,与对照组相比,150和450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪ADG显著提高5.22%和6.62%(P <0.05),料重比显著降低4.33%和5.75%(P <0.05)。150和450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪血清IL-1β和IL-10含量显著降低(P <0.05);450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪血清IL-6含量显著降低(P <0.05);150~450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪血清TNF-α含量显著降低(P <0.05);150和450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪血清C3和C4含量显著提高(P <0.05)。150和450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪十二指肠胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、α-淀粉酶活性显著提高(P <0.05);150和450 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪空肠胰蛋白酶活性显著提高(P <0.05);150 mg/kg的槲皮素组生长猪回肠胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性显著提高(P <0.05)。综上所述,本试验结果表明,槲皮素可通过对生长猪血清免疫指标和肠道消化酶的调节作用促进生长猪生长发育,综合各项指标,槲皮素最适添加量为150 mg/kg。The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of quercetin on the growth performance,nutrient utilization efficiency,and harmful gas emissions of growing pigs.400 healthy hybrid pigs(with an average weight of 20.13±0.47 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 10 replicates,with 10 pigs per replicate.Add 0,50,150,and 450 mg/kg of quercetin to the basic diet of each stage as the experimental feed,and the experiment lasted for 102 days.The results showed that in the first stage,compared with the control group,the QU groups with 150 and 450 mg/kg significantly increased the final weight of growing pigs by 5.87%and 5.84%(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased by 7.76%and 8.43%(P<0.05);In the second stage,compared with the control group,the final weight of growing pigs in the 150 and 450 mg/kg QU groups significantly increased by 6.16%and 6.57%(P<0.05);In the third stage,compared with the control group,the final weight of growing pigs in the 150 and 450 mg/kg QU groups significantly increased by 4.34%and 5.42%(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased by 6.19%and 6.78%(P<0.05);At all stages,compared with the control group,the ADG of growing pigs in the 150 and 450 mg/kg QU groups significantly increased by 5.22%and 6.62%(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased by 4.33%and 5.75%(P<0.05).Serum IL-1βand IL-10 contents from growing pigs in the 150 and 450 mg/kg QU groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05);The serum IL-6 content of growing pigs in the 450 mg/kg QU group was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the serum TNF-αcontent from growing pigs in the 150-450 mg/kgQU groupswere significantly decreased(P<0.05);The serum C3 and C4 levels of growing pigs in the 150 and 450 mg/kg QU groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activities of trypsin,lipase andα-amylase in duodenum of growing pigs in 150 and 450 mg/kg QU groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);The jejunal trypsin activity of growing pigs in 150 and 450 mg/kg QU groups was s
