摘 要:文章旨在探究日粮添加蛋氨酸锌(Zinc methionine,ZM)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响。试验将400头28日龄的杜长大三元杂交猪仔猪随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复10头。以锌元素含量为准,对照组日粮中添加60 mg/kg无机锌,试验日粮分别用20、40和60 mg/kg的蛋氨酸锌替代基础日粮中的无机锌,试验为期28 d。试验结果表明,40和60 mg/kgZM组仔猪平均日增重(ADG)显著分别提高10.95%和12.51%(P <0.05),料肉比(F/G)显著分别降低9.72%和10.02(P <0.05);此外,与对照组相比,20 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪的生长数据有小幅提高,但差异不显著(P> 0.05)。60 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪血清总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量显著提高(P <0.05);40和60 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P <0.05),60 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性显著降低(P <0.05),40和60 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪血清D-乳酸(D-LA)含量显著降低(P <0.05),ZM对仔猪血清尿素氮(UN)、肌酐(Cr)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。40和60 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P <0.05);20~60 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性(T-SOD)显著提高(P <0.05),20~60 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪血清丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量显著降低(P <0.05),20~60 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(P <0.05),60 mg/kg的ZM组仔猪血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P <0.05)。总之,本试验各指标显示,ZM最适添加量为60 mg/kg。Explore the effects of dietary addition of zinc methionine(ZM)on the growth performance,serum biochemistry,and antioxidant indicators of weaned piglets.400 piglets of 28 day old Du Longchang ternary hybrid pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 replicates in each group,with 10 piglets per replicate.Based on the zinc content,60 mg/kg of inorganic zinc was added to the control group feed,and 20,40,and 60 mg/kg of methionine zinc were used as substitutes for the inorganic zinc in the base diet for each experimental group feed.The experiment lasted for a total of 28 days.The experimental results showed that the average daily gain(ADG)of piglets in the 40 and 60 mg/kg ZM groups significantly increased by 10.95%and 12.51%,respectively(P<0.05),and the feed to meat ratio(F/G)significantly decreased by 9.72%and 10.02%,respectively(P<0.05);In addition,compared with the control group,the growth data of piglets in the 20 mg/kg ZM group showed a slight improvement,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The serum total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB)content of piglets in the ZM group with a concentration of 60 mg/kg were significantly increased(P<0.05);The serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content of piglets in the 40 and 60 mg/kg ZM groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum diamine oxidase(DAO)activity of piglets in the 60 mg/kg ZM group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the serum D-lactate(D-LA)content of piglets in the 40 and 60 mg/kg ZM groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05).ZM had an effect on serum urea nitrogen(UN),creatinine(Cr),and tumor necrosis factor in piglets-α(TNF)-αThe content had no significant effect(P>0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of piglets in the ZM groups of 40 and 60 mg/kg was significantly increased(P<0.05);The total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity in the serum of piglets in the 20~60 mg/kg ZM group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)content in piglets in the 20~60 mg/kg ZM group were significantl
