补肾止血汤治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血气虚型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾止血汤治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血气虚型的疗效。方法:80例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予补肾止血汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后PT、APTT水平观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后P、E_(2)水平、子宫内膜厚度观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应总发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾止血汤治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血气虚型疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Invigorating Kidney and Stopping Bleeding Decoction in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Qi deficiency.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine treatment while the observation group was treated with Bushen Zhixue Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PT and APTT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,E_(2) and endometrial thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Invigorating Kidney and Stopping Bleeding Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Qi deficiency.
