身痛逐瘀汤联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗类风湿性关节炎痰瘀交阻型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗类风湿性关节炎痰瘀交阻型的效果。方法:60例按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组用桃红四物汤联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗,研究组用身痛逐瘀汤联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且研究组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分均降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组炎症指标CRP、MMP、ESR、IL-1、IL-33、TNF-α均降低(P<0.05),研究组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗类风湿性关节炎痰瘀交阻型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of General Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-release Tablets while the study group were treated with General Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustainedrelease Tablets.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the study group was greater(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the study group was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory indexes CRP,MMP,ESR,IL-1,IL-33 and TNF-αin the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:General Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-release Tablets has a good effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis type.
