摘 要:银屑病的有效治疗方法是需要探索的迫切问题,黄芩在治疗银屑病类疾病上有很长的历史,基于国内外黄芩治疗银屑病的临床和实验研究现状,综合评述了其临床疗效、施治手段及安全性,归纳了其主要有效成分的作用机制,分析了其目前应用所面对的困难及现有研究的不足,并对其发展趋势进行展望。总体而言,临床上黄芩治疗银屑病疗效确切且具有较好地安全性,其大多以复方水煎液口服或外洗的形式施治。在实验研究方面,主要针对黄芩提取物和黄芩单体进行研究,其中,黄芩单体研究主要集中在黄芩苷上,多项细胞实验发现,它能抑制角质形成细胞过度增殖、异常凋亡,从而达到改善银屑病皮损的目的;多项动物实验研究均显示黄芩苷可以改善由咪喹莫特诱导的银屑病小鼠表皮层的红斑、鳞屑和厚度。此外,也有部分对黄芩素及野黄芩苷的研究。在毒理学研究方面,既有黄芩苷的肝肾毒性、致敏性的相关报道,也有众多未见显著毒理学变化的结果,对黄芩的安全性评价尚未有统一结论。Effective treatments for psoriasis are urgent issues that need to be explored,and Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)has a long history in the treatment of psoriasis-like diseases.Based on the current status of clinical and experimental research on Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)in the treatment of psoriasis both at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively evaluated its clinical efficacy,means of administering the treatment and its safety,summarized the mechanism of action of its main active ingre-dients,analyzed the difficulties faced in its current application and the shortcomings of existing research,and looked forward to the development of its development trend.In clinical practice,Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)is effective and safe in the treatment of psoriasis,and it is mostly administered in the form of a compound decoction for oral administration or external cleansing.In terms of experimental research,studies were mainly conducted on Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)extract and Huangqin(Scutellariae Ra-dix)monomer,among which,the study on Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)monomer mainly focused on baicalin.Several cellular experiments have found that it can inhibit the overproliferation and abnormal apoptosis of keratin-forming cells,which can lead to the improvement of psoriasis lesions.In addition,several animal experimental studies have shown that baicalin can improve the erythema,scaling and thickness of the epidermis in mice with psoriasis induced by imiquimod.In terms of toxicological studies,there are reports of hepatic and renal toxicity and sensitization of baicalin,as well as numerous results which can not show signifi-cant toxicological changes,and the safety evaluation of baicalin has not yet reached a unified conclusion.
