摘　　要：大黄是我国常用大宗药材,也是多功效、多基原、多产区中药材的典型代表。《中华人民共和国药典》收载的大黄为蓼科植物掌叶大黄Rheum palmatumL.、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Bal￡.或药用大黄Rheumoffici-nale Bail.的干燥根和根茎。由于3种大黄的基原、生长环境、年限等因素不同,药材品质存在一定差异性。对历代本草中大黄的性状描述、品质评价进行考证;查阅梳理有关化学成分、药理药效及分子生物学等方面的研究进展;对大黄古今品质评价方式进行归纳。现代对于大黄的品质研究结果与本草评价一致,为历代本草依据性状、产地来评价药材优劣的科学性及大黄药材的深入研究提供参考。Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)is a commonly used bulk medicinal material in China.It is also a typical representative of traditional Chinese medicine in multi-functional,multi-source and productive areas.Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)recorded in China Pharmacopoeia is the dry roots and rhizomes of Zhangye Dahuang(Rheum palmatum L.),Tanggute Dahuang(Rheum tanguticum Maxim ex Balf.)or Yaoyong Dahuang(Rheum officinale Baill.).There are some differences in the quality of the three kinds of Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)due to the different factors such as the origin,growth environment and service life.This paper made a textual research on the character description and quality evaluation of Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)in the past dynasties,reviewed and sorted out the research progress on chemical composition,pharmacological efficacy and molecular biology.The ancient and modern quality evaluation methods of Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)were summarized.It is confirmed that the modern research results on the quality of Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma)are consistent with the evaluation of materia medica,which provides a reference for the scientific evaluation of medicinal materials according to the properties and origin of materia medica in previous dynasties and the in-depth research of Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma).
