红花逍遥片联合艾司西肽普兰在糖尿病合并灼口综合征患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的评估红花逍遥片联合艾司西肽普兰在糖尿病合并灼口综合征(Burning mouth syndrome,BMS)患者中的应用。方法研究采用前瞻性分析,选取于医院接受检查和治疗的糖尿病合并BMS病例数62例,作为该次研究对象。汇总资料,按照等比例随机数字表,将患者分为两组,每组有31例。两组的基础治疗相同,对照组予以艾司西肽普兰;观察组予以红花逍遥片联合艾司西肽普兰。两组持续用药8周为一疗程。用药8周后评价患者疗效。治疗前和治疗8周分别评定焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression,SDS)、症状自评量表评分(Symptom Checklist-90,SCL-90)以及中医症候,记录不良反应状况。结果对照组的总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分和SCL-90评分下降(P<0.05);与对照组比,治疗后观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分和SCL-90评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者主症积分、次症积分和舌脉象下降(P<0.05);与对照组比,治疗后观察组患者主症积分、次症积分和舌脉象较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者总不良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红花逍遥片联合艾司西肽普兰对糖尿病合并BMS的疗效显著,可以减轻负面情绪,改善中医证候,并且安全性高。Objective To evaluate the application of Honghua Xiaoyao Tablet(红花逍遥片)combined with escitalopram in di-abetes patients with burning mouth syndrome(BMS).Methods Prospective analysis was used in this study.Sixty-two cases of diabetes with BMS were selected from the hospital for examination and treatment.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to a proportional random number table,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups received the same basic treat-ment,while the control group received escitalopram.The observation group received a combination of Honghua Xiaoyao Tablet and escitalopram.Two groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The efficacy was evaluated after 8 weeks of medication.The self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS),symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes were assessed before and 8 weeks after treatment,respectively,and the adverse reactions were recor-ded.Result The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the SAS score,SDS score and SCL-90 score of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the SAS score,SDS score and SCL-90 score of the observation group patients after treatment were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the main symptom score,secondary symptom score and tongue pulse condition of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower main symptom score,secondary symptom score and tongue pulse score after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total adverse rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Honghua Xiaoyao Tablet combined with escitalopram has significant efficacy in the treatment of
