摘　　要：夫妻自我表露干预是一种帮助夫妻双方向彼此表达内心感受、思想、经历并寻求应对措施的社会心理干预。由于癌症患者疾病负担重、自我表露水平低、夫妻普遍缺乏沟通意识,近年来,该疗法被引入癌症照护领域,并取得令人鼓舞的干预效果。本文对夫妻自我表露干预的概念、理论基础及其在癌症患者夫妻中的应用进行综述,详细介绍实施人员角色要求、实施流程、主题设定、实施计划、干预效果等内容,同时总结其存在的不足,提出展望,以期为临床癌症患者的护理提供参考。Couple self-disclosure intervention is a kind of social psychological intervention that helps couples express their inner feelings,thoughts and experiences to each other and seek countermeasures together.In view of heavy disease burden,low level of self-disclosure of cancer patients,and general lack of communication awareness among cancer couples,this therapy has been introduced into the field of cancer care in recent years and has achieved encouraging intervention results.This paper reviews concept,theoretical basis and application of marital self-disclosure intervention in cancer patients.It introduces the role requirements for implementers,implementation process,theme setting,implementation plan,intervention effect of couple self-disclosure intervention in detail.At the same time,it summarizes its shortcomings and puts forward the prospect,in order to provide reference for the nursing of clinical cancer patients.
