心理复原力在体外受精-胚胎移植女性患者社会支持与术前焦虑间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的探讨心理复原力在体外受精-胚胎移植女性患者社会支持与术前焦虑间的中介效应。方法选取云南省第一人民医院2023年12月至2024年5月540例体外受精-胚胎移植女性患者作为研究对象。运用一般资料调查表、状态焦虑量表、心理复原力量表、社会支持评定量表进行调查,分析焦虑、心理复原力及社会支持三者间的关系,并进行中介效应检验。结果体外受精-胚胎移植女性患者术前焦虑与社会支持、主观支持、客观支持、社会支持利用度呈负相关(r=-0.353、-0.327、-0.217、-0.277,P<0.001);术前焦虑与心理复原力、坚韧、力量、乐观呈负相关(r=-0.533、-0.427、-0.468、-0.611,P<0.001);社会支持与心理复原力呈正相关(r=0.449,P<0.001);心理复原力在术前焦虑和社会支持间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的66%。结论心理复原力是体外受精-胚胎移植取卵患者术前焦虑与社会支持的中介变量,医务人员应重视社会支持对术前焦虑的影响,同时总结不同心理复原力对患者的作用,开展以不同复原力为依托的干预措施,以缓解患者的术前焦虑。Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience between social support and preoperative anxiety in female patients undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer.Methods A total of 540 female patients undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer from December 2023 to May 2024 in the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province were selected as the research subjects.A general information questionnaire,state anxiety scale,psychological resilience scale,and social support rating scale were used to analyze the relationship between anxiety,psychological resilience,and social support,and a mediation effect test was conducted.Results Preoperative anxiety in female patients undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer was negatively correlated with social support and its subjective,objective,and utilization dimensions(r=-0.353,-0.327,-0.217,-0.277,P<0.001);preoperative anxiety was negatively correlated with psychological resilience and its resilience,strength,and optimism dimensions(r=-0.533,-0.427,-0.468,-0.611,P<0.001);social support was positively correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.449,P<0.001);psychological resilience partially mediated the relationship between preoperative anxiety and social support,accounting for 66%of the total effect.Conclusion Psychological resilience is a mediating variable between preoperative anxiety and social support in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer for egg retrieval.Medical staff should pay attention to the impact of social support on preoperative anxiety,and summarize the effects of different psychological resilience on patients.Intervention measures based on different resilience should be carried out to alleviate preoperative anxiety in patients.
