摘　　要：目的探究瑞马唑仑对行单边双通道内镜下腰椎椎间融合术患者术后恢复质量的影响。方法选择2022年12月至2023年10月江苏大学附属医院接受单边双通道内镜下腰椎椎间融合术的126例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为丙泊酚组和瑞马唑仑组,每组63例。丙泊酚组使用丙泊酚进行全麻诱导和维持,瑞马唑仑组使用瑞马唑仑进行全麻诱导和维持。比较两组术前1 d、术后1 d、术后3 d 15项恢复质量(QoR-15)评分;比较两组手术时间、术中补液量、出血量、尿量及舒芬太尼、罗库溴铵、瑞芬太尼用量;比较两组全麻诱导前1 min(T_(0))、诱导后1 min(T_(1))、插管后1 min(T_(2))、手术开始后1 min(T_(3))及内固定植入时(T_(4))时的心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、平均动脉压(MAP);比较两组拔管时间、麻醉恢复室(PACU)驻留时间、术后住院时间;比较两组拔管后5 min Richmond躁动镇静评分(RASS);比较两组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分;比较两组术后1 d恶心、呕吐,低氧血症,低血压及术后7 d肺部感染等并发症的发生情况。结果两组手术时间、术中补液量、出血量、尿量及舒芬太尼、罗库溴铵、瑞芬太尼用量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组T_(1)时HR低于T_(0)时;T_(2)时高于T_(0)~T_(1)时;T_(3)时低于T_(0)、T_(2)时;T_(4)时高于T_(1)、T_(3)时,低于T_(2)(P<0.05)。两组各时间点HR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组组内各时间点SpO2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组各时间点SPO2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组T_(1)时MAP低于T_(0)时;T_(2)时高于T_(1)时;T_(3)时低于T_(0)~T_(2)时;T_(4)时低于T_(0)~T_(2)时,高于T_(3)时(P<0.05)。T_(3)~T_(4)时,瑞马唑仑组MAP高于丙泊酚组(P<0.05)。瑞马唑仑组术后拔管时间、PACU驻留时间短于丙泊酚组(P<0.05);两组术后住院时间、RASS、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组恶心、呕吐,低氧血症,低血�Objective To investigate the effect of Remimazolam on the postoperative recovery quality of patients undergoing unilateral bilateral endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion.Methods A total of 126 patients who underwent unilateral bilateral endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from December 2022 to October 2023 were selected,and they were divided into Propofol group and Remimazolam group according to random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.Propofol was used for induction and maintenance of general anesthesia in Propofol group,and Remimazolam was used for induction and maintenance of general anesthesia in Remimazolam group.Quality of recovery-15(QoR-15)score was compared between the two groups one day before surgery,one day after surgery,and three days after surgery;operation time,intraoperative fluid volume,blood loss,urine volume and the dosage of Sufentanil,Rocuronium,and Remifentanil were compared between the two groups;heart rate(HR),oxyhemoglobin saturation(SpO2),and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the two groups were compared one minute before general anesthesia induction(T_(0)),one minute after induction(T_(1)),one minute after intubation(T_(2)),one minute after surgery(T_(3)),and at the time of internal fixation implantation(T_(4));the extubation time,postanesthesia care unit(PACU)residence time,and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups;Richmond agitation sedation score(RASS)five minute after extubation was compared between the two groups;postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score was compared between the two groups;and the incidence of complications such as nausea,vomiting,hypoxemia,and hypotension one day after surgery,and pulmonary infection seven day after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in operation time,intraoperative fluid volume,blood loss,urine volume and the dosage of Sufentanil,Rocuronium,and Remifentanil between the two groups(P>0.05).HR at T_(1)of the two
