摘　　要：肠易激综合征(IBS)发病率高,临床多以止泻、解痉止痛、抗炎和调节肠道菌群等对症治疗为主。氧化应激与IBS病理密切相关,可导致线粒体功能障碍、DNA修复受损及细胞损伤或凋亡。氧化应激状态下低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)介导肠上皮-巨噬细胞对话参与IBS生理病理过程,是肠黏膜屏障损伤潜在治疗靶点,阻断HIF-1α显示极富前景的治疗潜力。本文结合近10年研究进展,从HIF-1α介导肠上皮-巨噬细胞对话,参与IBS肠黏膜屏障损伤形成角度探讨针灸保护IBS肠黏膜屏障的可能机制,为深入揭示针刺治疗IBS效应机制提供新的科学依据,进一步丰富针灸学的理论内涵。Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)has a high incidence rate,and clinical treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment such as antidiarrheal,antispasmodic and analgesic,anti-inflammatory,and regulation of intestinal flora.Oxidative stress is closely related to the pathology of IBS and can lead to mitochondrial dysfunction,impaired DNA repair,cell damage or apoptosis.Hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)mediated intestinal epithelial-macrophage dialogue under oxidative stress participates in physiological and pathological process of IBS.It is a potential therapeutic target for intestinal mucosal barrier injury,blocking HIF-1αshows promising therapeutic potential.Based on the past 10 years research progress,this paper discusses the possible mechanism of acupuncture in repairing intestinal mucosa barrier from the perspective of HIF-1αmediated intestinal epithelial-macrophage dialogue,which provides a new scientific basis for further revealing the mechanism of the effect of acupuncture on IBS,and enriches theoretical connotation of acupuncture.
