基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer可视化分析手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究热点及趋势

摘　　要：目的基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer可视化分析手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究热点及趋势。方法检索2004年1月至2024年5月中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台和维普网中所收录的手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的相关文献,使用VOSviewer 1.6.20和CiteSpace 6.3.R1版软件对发文量、来源期刊、资金资助、作者、研究机构、关键词进行文献计量学分析并绘制知识图谱。结果通过检索得到10958篇文献,筛选纳入3861篇,手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究的年均发文量为201.58篇(不含2024年),发文量最多的期刊为《按摩与康复医学》;最主要的基金资助为国家自然科学基金;发文最多的作者为吕立江;主要研究机构为广西中医药大学;高频关键词有“腰椎间盘突出症”“手法治疗”“临床研究”等;关键词聚类分析生成了“腰椎间盘突出症”等10个聚类;关键词时间线分析可知近20年手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究大致分为3个阶段;关键词突现显示生物力学的研究持续时间最长。结论手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症相关研究趋于成熟稳定,研究以评价临床疗效的随机对照试验为主,高等级循证研究或真实世界研究及基于生物力学的效应机制研究可能是未来的研究方向。Objective To study the research hotspot and trend of manual treatment of lumbar disc herniation based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer visual analysis.Methods The relevant literatures on manual treatment of lumbar disc herniation were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from January 2004 to May 2024.VOSviewer 1.6.20 and CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software were used to conduct bibliometric analysis of the number of publications,source journals,funding,authors,research institutions,and keywords,and to draw knowledge maps.Results A total of 10958 literatures were retrieved,and 3861 literatures were selected and included.The average annual number of publications on studies on manual treatment of lumbar disc herniation was 201.58(excluding 2024),and the journal with the largest number of publications was Massage and Rehabilitation Medicine.The most important fund was the National Natural Science Foundation of China;the most published author was LüLijiang;the main research institution was Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine;high-frequency keywords included“lumbar disc herniation”,“manipulative treatment”,“clinical research”,and so on.Keywords cluster analysis generated ten clusters such as“lumbar disc herniation”;key words time line analysis showed that the research on manual treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the past 20 years could be roughly divided into three stages;keyword emergence showed that the study of biomechanics lasted the longest.Conclusion The research on manual therapy for lumbar disc herniation tends to be mature and stable,and the research mainly focuses on randomized controlled trials to evaluate clinical efficacy.High-grade evidence-based studies or real-world studies and biomechanics-based effect mechanism studies may be the future research direction.
