摘  要:白癜风是一种色素脱失性皮肤疾病,其病理特征为CD8+T淋巴细胞进入表皮靶向攻击黑素细胞。白癜风影响患者的心理健康、生活质量,且其治疗方法目前大多不能令人满意。氧化应激在激活白癜风相关自身免疫反应中发挥重要作用,尤其是介导氧化应激的核转录因子红系2相关因子2(Nrf2)信号通路受损参与白癜风发病。近年来已发现大量激活Nrf2信号通路的药物,可保护黑素细胞免受氧化应激损伤,有望为白癜风治疗提供新方法。本文对Nrf2信号通路如何参与白癜风发病及激活Nrf2信号通路的抗氧化治疗研究进展进行综述。Vitiligo is a depigmented skin disease characterized by the recruitment of CD8+T lymphocyte to the epidermis to attack melanocytes.Vitiligo affects mental health and quality of life of patients,but its treatment methods are mostly unsatisfactory.Oxidative stress plays an important role in activating vitiligo-related autoimmune responses,especially the impairment of nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)signaling pathway that mediates oxidative stress involves in the pathogenesis of vitiligo.In recent years,a large number of drugs that activate the Nrf2 signaling pathway have been found to protect melanocytes from oxidative stress damage,which is expected to provide new methods for the treatment of vitiligo.This article reviews the role and the antioxidant therapy of Nrf2 signaling pathway in vitiligo.
