摘  要:目的探讨微信平台辅助的病例导入式教学法在儿童口腔科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至11月于空军军医大学第三附属医院儿童口腔科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员56名,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组28名。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用微信平台辅助的病例导入式教学法。培训3个月后,比较两组理论考核和操作考核成绩及教学效果。结果试验组理论考核及操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组教学效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台辅助的病例导入式教学法应用于儿童口腔科住院医师规范化培训中,可有效提高住院医师规范化培训学员的理论考核及临床操作考核成绩,有助于培养学员的学习兴趣,提高自学能力、学习效率、临床思维能力及医患沟通能力,并提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of case-based teaching method assisted by WeChat platform in standardized training of pediatric stomatology resident physicians.Methods A total of 56 students received standardized residency training in Department of Pediatric Stomatology at Third Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January to November 2023 were selected and divided into the two groups by using a random number table method,with 28 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used case-based teaching methods assisted by WeChat platform.After three months of training,theoretical and operational assessment scores and teaching effectiveness between the two groups were compared.Results Theoretical and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based teaching method assisted by WeChat platform applied in standardized training of pediatric dental resident physicians,can effectively improve theoretical and clinical operation assessment scores of resident physician standardized training students,help cultivate students’learning interest,improve self-learning ability,learning efficiency,clinical thinking ability,and doctor-patient communication ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.
