摘　　要：本文介绍王玉玺教授对治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的认识与用药心悟。其分期辨证论治,从“毒”立论,用药以“解毒”为主。采用自拟皮炎汤1号方、皮炎汤2号方为基础方,再通过“整体观”的中医思维,四诊合参,明确患者皮损表现和主观症状上存在的差异性特点,在“从寒论治”“肺脾同治”“疏肝解郁”等理论指导下加减用药,收效甚佳。This article introduces Professor Wang Yuxi’s understanding and medication insights in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.It from“poison”theory,stage syndrome differentiation of treatment,medication to“detoxification”.It uses self-made Piyan Decoction No.1 and Piyan Decoction No.2 as basic formula,and then uses“holistic view”of traditional Chinese medicine thinking,combined with the four diagnostic methods,to identify differences in the patient’s skin lesions and subjective symptoms.Under the guidance of theories such as“treating from cold”,“treating lung and spleen together”and“soothing liver and relieving depression”,the medication is adjusted and added,with good results.
