摘　　要：目的了解脑卒中后中重度失能患者的照护者第三方残疾现况,为制订干预方案提供参考依据。方法基于《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》框架设置访谈提纲,采用现象学研究方法,对2024年6月同济大学附属养志康复医院脑卒中后中重度失能患者的照护者进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料并形成主题。结果共提炼出4个主题:照护者身心健康受损、照护者自身和家庭生活受影响、照护者支持系统缺乏、照护者无力应对照顾压力。结论支持系统缺乏导致照护者生活质量下降是照护者面临的主要问题。社会各界需设法帮助其脱离照护困境,促进社会稳定和健康老龄化。Objective To Understand the current status of third-party disability in caregivers of moderately to severely disabled patients after stroke,and to provide reference for formulating intervention programs.Methods An interview outline was set based on the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health framework,using phenomenological research methods,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted among caregivers of moderately to severely disabled patients after stroke in Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University in June 2024,and Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used to analyze the data and develop themes.Results Four themes were distilled:impaired physical and mental health of caregivers,impact on caregivers’own and family lives,lack of support systems for caregivers,and caregivers’inability to cope with caregiving stress.Conclusion Lack of support systems leading to a decline in the quality of life for caregivers is the main problem faced by caregivers.All sectors of society need to find ways to help them out of their care dilemmas and to promote social stability and healthy ageing.
