摘  要:神经病理性疼痛(NP)是一种由神经系统损伤或功能障碍引起的持续性疼痛。电针可有效缓解NP,目前关于电针镇痛机制的相关研究主要涉及神经胶质细胞活性、炎症介质和蛋白激酶表达等。神经胶质细胞是除神经细胞外神经系统中占比最高的细胞类型,其生理活动与NP关系密切。动物及临床多项实验研究提示,电针通过干预神经胶质细胞活化,调控炎症介质、细胞因子和神经活性物质等释放,发挥镇痛效应。本文总结和分析近5年关于电针治疗NP的国内外研究,对神经胶质细胞与NP的关系及其参与电针镇痛机制的研究进展进行综述,为电针治疗NP提供理论依据。Neuropathic pain(NP)is a type of persistent pain caused by damage or dysfunction of nervous system.Electroacupuncture can effectively relieve NP,at present,research on the mechanism of electroacupuncture analgesia mainly involves neuroglial cell activity,inflammatory mediators,and protein kinase expression.Neuroglial cell is the most common cell type in nervous system,apart from neurons,and their physiological activities are closely related to NP.Multiple animal and clinical experimental studies suggest that electroacupuncture exerts analgesic effects by intervening in the activation of neuroglial cell,regulating the release of inflammatory mediators,cytokines,and neuroactive substances.This article summarizes and analyzes domestic and foreign research on electroacupuncture treatment of NP in the past five years,reviews the relationship between neuroglial cell and NP,and research progress on their participation in electroacupuncture analgesia mechanism,providing theoretical basis for electroacupuncture treatment of NP.
