摘　　要：目的探讨住院老年慢性病共病(CDC)患者跌倒风险感知与客观风险评估一致性及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法选取成都大学附属医院2023年3月至9月208例住院老年慢性病共病患者作为研究对象,采用跌倒风险感知量表、Morse跌倒风险评估表评价患者自我感知跌倒风险与客观跌倒风险评估一致性;通过多分类logistic回归分析影响因素。结果跌倒风险感知准确率为39.90%(83例)、低估率为36.06%(75例)、高估率为24.04%(50例)。多分类logistic回归分析结果显示,睡眠时间<7 h/d、受教育程度为小学及以下是低估跌倒风险的危险因素,Barthel指数为完全自理是其保护性因素;年龄是高估跌倒风险的保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论有60.10%的住院老年CDC患者自我感知跌倒风险与客观风险评估不一致,其受睡眠时间、受教育程度、Barthel指数、年龄因素影响。Objective To explore the consistency of fall risk perception and objective risk assessment in hospitalized elderly patients with chronic disease comorbidity(CDC)and its influencing factors.Methods From March to September 2023,208 inpatients with chronic diseases in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The consistency of self-perceived fall risk and objective fall risk assessment was evaluated by using the fall risk perception scale and Morse fall risk assessment scale.The influencing factors were analyzed by multiple logistic regression.Results The accuracy rate of fall risk perception was 39.90%(83 people),the underestimation rate was 36.06%(75 people),and the overestimation rate was 24.04%(50 people).Multiple logistic regression results showed that sleep time<7 h/d,education level of primary school or below were risk factors for underestimating the risk of falls,and Barthel index was a protective factor for total self-care.Age was the protective factor for overestimating fall risk(P<0.05).Conclusion In 60.10%of hospitalized elderly CDC patients,self-perceived fall risk was inconsistent with objective risk assessment,which was affected by sleep time,education level,Barthel index,and age.
