摘　　要：冠心病是由冠状动脉粥样硬化引起的一种心脏疾病,其患病率、死亡率逐年上升,严重损害患者的生活质量。冠心病的发生和发展受衰老、脂代谢异常、凝血功能障碍和炎症反应等复杂病理过程影响,与中医学中的虚、痰、瘀、毒密切相关。虚、痰、瘀、毒既是病理产物,又是致病因素,在冠心病的病理演变中发挥重要作用。本文探讨虚、痰、瘀、毒的成因及其在冠心病形成中的作用,阐明冠心病的病机,为冠心病的中医药诊疗提供理论参考。Coronary heart disease is a heart disease caused by coronary atherosclerosis,whose prevalence and mortality rate are increasing year by year,seriously impairing patients’quality of life.The development of coronary heart disease is affected by aging,abnormal lipid metabolism,coagulation dysfunction,inflammatory response,and other complex pathological processes,and is closely related to deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,and toxicity in Chinese medicine.Deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,and toxicity are both pathological products and pathogenic factors that play an important role in the pathological evolution of coronary heart disease.This paper discusses the causes of deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis,and toxicity and their roles in the formation of coronary heart disease,elucidates the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease,and provides theoretical references for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease in Chinese medicine.
