摘　　要：本文总结周亚滨教授基于“土郁夺之”论治冠心病伴抑郁症的诊疗经验。周教授认为“土虚-土郁”是冠心病伴抑郁症的病机,脾土虚弱、营血亏虚和神志失养是冠心病伴抑郁症的发病基础,气机失调、因虚生郁和痰瘀互结乃冠心病伴抑郁症进展的重要病机,虚和郁贯穿冠心病伴抑郁症的始终。临床治疗中,周教授着眼于“夺之”的核心治则,灵活配伍,主张以健脾益气、活血化瘀为主,养血安神、理气化痰并用,同时注重心理疏导,以达身心同和。This article summarizes Professor Zhou Yabin’s experience in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with depression based on“tuyu duozhi”.Professor Zhou believes that“tuxu-tuyu”is the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease combined with depression,and spleen weakness,deficiency of blood,and mental deficiency are the onset basis of coronary heart disease combined with depression.Qi disorder,depression due to deficiency,and mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis are important pathogenesis of the progression of coronary heart disease combined with depression.Deficiency and depression run through the whole process of coronary heart disease combined with depression.In clinical treatment,Professor Zhou focuses on the core principle of“duozhi”,flexible compatibility,advocates invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis should be the main treatment,in addition,nourishing blood and calming the mind,regulating qi and eliminating phlegm.At the same time,pay attention to psychological counseling,in order to achieve physical and mental harmony.
