摘　　要：偏头痛是临床常见的、反复发作的原发性头痛,严重影响患者的健康和生活质量,给家庭和社会带来沉重负担。历代医家对偏头痛的认识呈百家争鸣状态,樛秀俊主任认为,偏头痛为内伤头痛,其病因多为情志失调,与肝密切相关,病机多为肝阳偏亢、肝风上扰,可涉及脾、肾,痰、瘀、火为病理性代谢产物。临床以“平肝疏肝、息风止痛”为治疗大法,运用刺蒺藜-僵蚕、川芎-白芍、僵蚕-土鳖虫、白芍-甘草4组对药,拟制“头痛舒宁方”为主方,临证加减,依据头痛部位选择引经药,并重视调节睡眠,临床效果显著。本文介绍樛主任治疗偏头痛经验,并附医案1例,以期为偏头痛的治疗提供新思路。Migraine is a common recurrent primary headache in clinic,which seriously affects patients’health and life and brings heavy burden to family and society.Doctors’understanding of migraine in past dynasties show a state of contention of a hundred schools of thought,Director Jiu Xiujun thinks migraine is internal injury headache,and its etiology is mostly emotional disorder,which is closely related to live,most of the pathogenesis is hyperactivity of liver yang and disturbance of liver wind,which may involve spleen and kidney,phlegm,blood stasis and fire are pathological metabolites.Clinical treatment is“calming liver,soothing liver,relieving wind and relieving pain”.Four groups of couplet medicines,namely Tribuli Fructus-Bombyx Batryticatus,Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Paeoniae Radix Alba,Bombyx Batryticatus-Eupolyphaga Steleophaga,Paeoniae Radix Alba-Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,are used to prepare“Toutong Shuning Fang”as the main prescription.Clinical addition and subtraction,selecting meridian-introducing drugs according to headache position,and regulating sleep,has remarkable clinical effect.This paper introduces Director Jiu’experience in the treatment of migraine with a medical case,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of migraine.
