何立群治疗反复发作性尿路感染经验

摘　　要：反复发作性尿路感染是临床常见的泌尿系统疾病。何立群教授认为反复发作性尿路感染为本虚标实之候,多为虚实夹杂,其病位主要在肾,与肝、脾密切相关,“肾虚湿热”为基本病机,肾虚为本,膀胱湿热为标。何教授辨证论治反复发作性尿路感染,治疗上提出急则治标、缓则治本、实则清利、虚则补益和虚实夹杂则扶正以祛邪等治疗原则,对临床有重要指导意义。Recurrent urinary tract infection is a common clinical urinary disease.Professor He Liqun thinks that recurrent urinary tract infection is the syndrome of deficiency and excess,most of which are mixed with deficiency and excess,and its disease location is mainly in kidney,which is closely related to liver and spleen.“Kidney deficiency and damp heat”is the basic pathogenesis,kidney deficiency is the foundation,and bladder damp heat is the standard.Professor He in syndrome differentiation and treatment for recurrent urinary tract infection,in the treatment,puts forward treatment principles of treating the symptoms in the acute stage,treating the root cause in the slow stage,clearing the body in the case of excess,supplementing the deficiency,and supporting the vital qi to eliminate the evil in the case of mixed deficiency and excess,which has important guiding significance for clinical application.
