摘  要:当归芍药散是中国东汉时期著名医学家张仲景的经典名方,主治妇人腹痛。随着现代医学研究的深入,发现当归芍药散在临床的应用范围远不止于此,对盆腔炎性疾病、痛经、多囊卵巢综合征和子宫内膜异位症等多种妇科疾病均有显著效果。本文对当归芍药散从调控PI3K/Akt、核因子κB、转化生长因子-β1等信号通路表达及调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能、调节免疫、控制炎症、改善血液流变学、保护血管内皮等方面治疗妇科疾病进行总结,为妇科疾病的有效治疗提供新的思路和方法,进一步推动当归芍药散在临床中应用和现代研究的深入发展。Danggui Shaoyao Powder is a classic prescription of Zhang Zhongjing,a famous medical scientist in the Eastern Han Dynasty of China,treating women with abdominal pain.With the deepening of modern medical research,it is found that Danggui Shaoyao Powder is far more than this in clinical application,for pelvic inflammatory disease,dysmenorrhea,polycystic ovary syndrome,endometriosis and other gynecological diseases have significant curative effect.This article summarizes the treatment of gynecological diseases by Danggui Shaoyao Powder from regulating the expression of PI3K/Akt,NF-κB,TGF-β1 signaling pathway,regulating hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis function,regulating immunity,controlling inflammation,improving hemorheology,and protecting vascular endothelium,etc.It provides new ideas and methods for the effective treatment of gynecological diseases,and further promotes clinical application of Danggui Shaoyao Powder and the in-depth development of modern research.
