摘 要:目的构建一个信效度良好的护理学专业学生职业认同量表。方法以认同理论为理论框架,通过文献分析、质性访谈结果构建量表条目池,使用德尔菲法筛选和优化构建量表初稿,通过预调查、条目筛选和量表信效度评价形成量表终稿。结果构建的护理学专业学生职业认同量表包括3个维度28个条目。量表总Cronbach’sα系数为0.971,折半信度为0.946,重测信度是0.832。探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累积贡献率为64.23%;验证性因子分析显示,结构模型整体拟合度良好。结论护理学专业学生职业认同量表研制过程严谨、科学,量表结构合理,具有良好的信效度,可用于测评护理学专业学生的职业认同水平。Objective To construct a professional identity scale for nursing students with good reliability and validity.Methods Taking identity theory as the theoretical framework,the pool of items was constructed through literature analysis and qualitative interview results,the first draft of the scale was selected and optimized by Delphi method,and the final draft of the scale was formed through pre-investigation,item screening,and scale reliability and validity evaluation.Results The professional identity scale for nursing students consists of 28 items in 3 dimensions.The total Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.971,the broken half reliability was 0.946,and the retest reliability was 0.832.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.23%;the confirmatory factor analysis showed that overall fit of the structural model was good.Conclusion The professional identity scale for nursing students has ideal reliability and validity,which can be used to measure nursing students’professional identity.
