摘　　要：目的探讨结核病学方向研究生的就业情况,总结提升研究生就业工作质量的可行措施。方法选取2017—2023年北京市结核病胸部肿瘤研究所结核病学方向104名毕业生为研究对象,整理其基本信息、就业数据,采用χ2检验和多项逻辑回归进行分析。结果结核病学方向研究生就业优势明显,毕业生100%落实就业去向。不同生源地、培养类型和专业的毕业生就业去向比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培养类型是毕业生就业去向的显著预测因子(P<0.05)。结论结核病学方向研究生就业率高,生源地、培养类型和专业显著影响就业去向,培养类型为主要预测因子,需提供针对性的就业指导以提升就业质量。Objective To explore the employment situation of postgraduates majoring in tuberculosis,and summarize the feasible measures to improve the employment quality of postgraduates.Methods A total of 104 graduates of tuberculosis in Beijing Tuberculosis and Thoracic Tumor Research Institute from 2017 to 2023 were selected as research subjects.Basic information and employment data were organized and analyzed by using chi-square test and multiple logistic regression.Results The postgraduates in tuberculosis had obvious employment advantages,and 100%of postgraduates had implemented their employment destination.There were statistically significant differences in the employment destinations of postgraduates from different origins,types of training,and majors(P<0.05).The type of training was a significant predictor of graduates’employment prospects(P<0.05).Conclusion The employment rate of postgraduates in tuberculosis is high.The source of students,training type,and specialty significantly affect the employment destination.Training type is the main predictor,and targeted employment guidance needs to be provided to improve the employment quality.
