孙远征教授针刺治疗痛证的临床经验

摘　　要：疼痛在生活及临床诊疗中普遍存在,针刺在痛证的治疗上表现多维度调控优势。孙远征教授从事临床针刺工作40余载,其认为痛证所发,内因于神,外责于经;以“神”为本,以“经络辨证”为纲,审机辨治,总结出“察痛于神,宁心调脑,神安痛减;辨痛于经,止痛求远,抑痛于动;诊痛浅深,适施其法,针至病所”的治痛理念;察痛缓急,灵活运用调神针刺法、循经远取动法及背部阳经透刺等方法,治痛效果显著。Pain is prevalent in life and clinical practice,and acupuncture has demonstrated the advantages of multidimensional modulation in the treatment of pain syndrome.Professor Sun Yuanzheng,who has been engaged in clinical acupuncture for more than 40 years,believes that pain is caused internally by shen and externally by the meridians.Based on the principle of shen and the principle of meridian differentiation,Professor Sun summarizes the pain treatment concept of“observing pain in the shen,tranquilizing the mind and regulating the brain,calming the spirit and reducing pain;distinguishing pain from meridians,seeking distance for pain relief,and suppressing pain through movement;diagnosing the level of pain,applying appropriate methods,and needling to the disease site”.By observing the severity of the pain,and flexibly applying methods such as tiaoshen acupuncture method,needling distal point along meridian plus exercising,and penetration needling on yang meridians of back,the therapeutic effect on pain is significant.
