摘　　要：咳嗽变异性哮喘是临床多发病、常见病,病情轻重不一、迁延难愈,且易兼他症,故素有“名医不治咳”之畏。帅云飞副教授以“河洛理论”为指导,在咳嗽辨证论治中注重气机升降与脾胃阳气,主张“治肺当先实脾、调肝”理论思想,以“寒热错杂、燥湿相搏、风邪妄动”为核心病机,以“温运健脾、辛散息风、清肺泄浊”为论治之要,兼顾养阴之品、风药应用,创制出宣肺达和汤以应用于临床咳嗽患儿诊治中,温补肺脾,调达肝气,斡旋气机,效果可靠,为肺系疾病治疗提供新思路。Cough variant asthma is a clinically frequent and common disease,the pathogenesis varies and it has different clinical presentations and complications.So a saying is known as“famous doctors fear of cough treating”.Associate Professor Shuai Yunfei guided by“heluo theory”,emphasizes the rise and fall of heavy qi and the yang qi of spleen and stomach in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of cough,advocates the theoretical idea of“modulating hepatic and splenic function prior to pulmonary abnormalities”.The core pathogenesis is“mixed cold and heat,dry dampness,and wind evil”,and the treatment should focus on“warming the spleen,dispersing qi,clearing the lungs,and eliminating turbidity”.Taking into account the application of nourishing yin products and wind medicine,Xuanfei Dahe Decoction has been created for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cough in children,warming and tonifying lung and spleen,regulating liver qi,and regulating qi flow,with reliable effects,provide new ideas for the treatment of pulmonary diseases.
