摘　　要：董燕平教授基于“玄府开阖通利”理论诊治心力衰竭,认为狭义玄府即汗孔,临证根据心—汗液—玄府,玄府开阖失司则汗出异常。广义玄府指气血津液运行的通路,以通为用;依据心—血脉—玄府理论,玄府亏虚、瘀血水饮淤闭、开阖通利失司发为心力衰竭。董燕平教授结合心力衰竭的汗出特点、干湿冷暖进行辨证;以开阖通利玄府为治疗原则;施以益气通玄法、温阳通玄法、活血通玄法、宣肺开玄法、利水开玄法、养津通玄法,以补为通、以通为补,共凑开阖通利之效。Professor Dong Yanping diagnoses and treats heart failure based on the theory of“xuanfu of ipening and closing smooth flow”believing that the narrow definition of xuanfu refers to sweat pore,clinical evidence according to the heart—sweat—xuanfu principle,when the xuanfu fails to open and close properly,sweating becomes abnormal.The broad definition of xuanfu refers to the pathway through which qi,blood,and body fluids flow,with the purpose of promoting circulation.Based on the heart—blood vessel—xuanfu theory,the deficiency of xuanfu,the stagnation of blood and water,and dysfunction of opening and closing can lead to heart failure.Professor Dong Yanping combines the sweating characteristics,dryness,humidity,coldness,and warmth of heart failure for syndrome differentiation.The principle of opening and closing xuanfu is used for the treatment of heart failure,and to apply the methods of tonifying qi,warming yang,activating blood,promoting the lungs,promoting water,and nourishing the body.By supplementing as a means of promoting flow and promoting flow as a means of supplementing,the goal is to achieve the effect of opening and closing smooth flow.
