基于文献计量学分析司美格鲁肽的国际研究热点和前沿

摘　　要：目的分析司美格鲁肽的相关文献,探讨该领域的国际研究热点和前沿。方法基于文献计量工具CiteSpace对建库至2024年7月的Web of Science核心合集数据库、中国知网、维普网和万方数据知识服务平台中司美格鲁肽的相关文献进行可视化分析,主要对文献的国家、机构、作者、学科、关键词进行分析。结果共纳入英文文献1557篇,中文文献217篇,发文量呈逐年上升趋势。美国发文量最高,中国位列第3位,英文文献中发文量最多的机构是诺和诺德,但多伦多大学也是司美格鲁肽的重要研究机构。中文文献发文量前3位的机构是首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院、中国药科大学、中山大学附属第三医院。Lingvay Ildiko是发文量最高也是影响力最大的作者。通过关键词共现、关键词聚类和关键词突现分析,得出高频关键词、关键词聚类和不同时间段突现的关键词。结论司美格鲁肽的研究热点集中在治疗2型糖尿病、对心血管疾病结局的影响和治疗超重/肥胖,而未来的研究方向为治疗、机制和危险因素。我国应增强与国际学科交流与合作,提高学术影响力。Objective To analyze the literature on Semaglutide to explore the international research hotspots and frontiers.Methods A visual analysis of the literature on Semaglutide in the Web of Science Core Collection database,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data from inception to July 2024 was conducted using the bibliometric tool CiteSpace.The country,institution,authors,category,and keywords were analyzed.Results A total of 1557 English literatures and 217 Chinese literatures were included,with a marked increase in publications,showed an annual upward trend.The United States had the highest number of publications and China ranked the third.The institution with the largest number of publications in English literature was Novo Nordisk,but the University of Toronto was also an important research institution.The top three institutions with the largest number of publications in Chinese literature were Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University,China Pharmaceutical University,and the Third Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University.Lingvay Ildiko was the most prolific and influential author.Through keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and burst analysis,high-frequency keywords,and burst keywords in different time periods were identified.Conclusion Research hotspots on semaglutide are centered on the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2,impact on cardiovascular outcomes,and treatment of overweight/obesity.Future research directions are therapy,mechanisms,and risk factors.China should strengthen international academic exchanges and cooperation to enhance its academic influence.
