中医药标准化研究现状与热点的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的可视化分析中医药标准化研究现状与热点。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库、Web of Science核心合集数据库、PubMed数据库,收集2000年1月至2023年12月中医药标准化领域的中英文文献。运用NoteExpress整理文献,Excel 2016对年发文量进行频次分析,VOSviewer 1.6.18和CiteSpace 6.2.R7软件对作者合作网络、机构合作关系、关键词进行可视化分析。结果本研究共纳入1269篇中文文献,123篇英文文献,发文总量整体呈波动递增趋势。中英文文献发文量最多的作者分别是李建生和CHEN YL;研究机构中中国中医科学院及其下属单位发文量最多且中心性居第1位。高频关键词有中医证候、诊断标准、中医术语、临床实践指南、中草药等。中英文关键词聚类均得到规模较大的10个聚类。中文文献关键词进行突现分析,共得到15个突现关键词,英文文献关键词进行突现分析,共得到13个突现关键词。结论目前中医药标准化的研究热点主要集中于辨证论治标准化、证候诊断标准化、中医术语标准化、标准和标准化的联系。未来中医药标准化的研究趋势主要在于中医药国际标准化、中医英译标准化和专家共识领域的研究。Objective To visually analyze the current situation and hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine standardization research.Methods Chinese and English literatures in the field of traditional Chinese medicine standardization were collected from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,Web of Science Core Collection database,and PubMed database from January 2000 to December 2023.NoteExpress was used to organize the literature,Excel 2016 was used to analyze the frequency of the number of publications in the year,VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.2.R7 were used to visualize the author cooperation network,institutional cooperation,and keywords.Results A total of 1269 Chinese literatures and 123 English literatures were included in this study,and the total number of published papers showed an overall trend of fluctuation and increase.The authors with the most published literatures in Chinese and English were Li Jiansheng and Chen YL respectively.Among the research institutions,the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and its subordinate units published the most literatures and the centrality was the first.High frequency keywords included traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,diagnostic criteria,traditional Chinese medicine terminology,clinical practice guidelines,and Chinese herbal medicine.In both English and Chinese keyword clusters,ten clusters of large scale were obtained.By analyzing the emergence of keywords in Chinese literature,15 emergent keywords were obtained,by analyzing the emergence of keywords in English literature,and 13 emergent keywords were obtained in English literature.Conclusion At present,the research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine standard-ization mainly focuses on the standardization of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the standardization of syndrome and diagnosis,the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine terminology,and the connection between standards and standardization.The research trend of traditional Chinese medicine standardization in the future mainly lies in the fiel
