摘　　要：掌握正确的放射影像学相关临床工作方法和影像诊断思路是放射科住院医师规范化培训的重要目标。影像诊断是临床诊断的重要组成部分,影像征象的描述、分析和归纳是临床影像诊断思维训练的重要内容。影像征象的学习有助于住院医师提升影像诊断和鉴别诊断能力及形成正确的影像诊断思路和良好的工作习惯。乳腺病变磁共振成像(MRI)是放射影像专业住院医师规范化培训的重要内容。本文结合放射科住院医师规范化培训特点,对影像征象教学进行分析,以乳腺MRI为例,探索符合放射科专业基地住院医师规范化培训特点的教学方法。Mastering the correct clinical work methods and imaging diagnostic ideas related to radiology is an important goal of standardized residency training for radiology.Imaging diagnosis is an important component of clinical diagnosis,and the description,analysis,and induction of imaging signs are important contents of clinical imaging diagnosis thinking training.The study of imaging signs helps resident physicians improve their abilities in imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis,as well as form correct imaging diagnostic thinking and good work habits.Breast lesion magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is an important part of standardized residency training for radiology.This article analyzes the teaching of imaging signs based on the characteristics of standardized residency training in radiology.Taking breast MRI as an example,explore teaching methods that are in line with the standardized residency training characteristics of radiology professional bases.
