摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持在青年医务工作者工作压力与职业倦怠间的中介效应。方法采用方便抽样法,于2023年8月至9月用职业倦怠量表、社会支持量表和工作压力量表,对江苏省南京市某公立三甲医院青年医务工作者群体开展问卷调查,并对数据进行描述性分析、相关分析和中介效应分析。结果回收有效问卷314份,有效回收率为90.75%。不同年龄、子女数、健康状况、职称和人事关系青年医务工作者职业倦怠量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同健康状况、人事关系青年医务工作者工作压力量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、婚姻状况、子女数、健康状况、岗位和职称青年医务工作者社会支持量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。青年医务工作者职业倦怠量表总分为(48.43±19.59)分,社会支持量表总分为(35.84±7.04)分,工作压力量表总分为(36.91±9.34)分。青年医务工作者职业倦怠与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.399,P<0.01),职业倦怠与工作压力呈正相关(r=0.645,P<0.01),社会支持与工作压力呈负相关(r=-0.299,P<0.01)。社会支持在工作压力与职业倦怠间起部分中介作用,中介效应为15.3%。结论青年医务工作者职业倦怠水平较高,社会支持在工作压力和职业倦怠中起中介作用。降低青年医务工作者工作压力、提升社会支持对减轻职业倦怠的程度有积极意义。Objective To explore the mediating effect of social support on work pressure and job burnout of youth medical workers.Methods The convenience sampling method was used,a questionnaire survey was conducted from August to September 2023 on the group of youth medical workers in a public tertiary hospital in Nanjing City of Jiangsu Province by using job burnout scale,social support scale,and work pressure scale.Descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and mediation effect analysis were conducted on the data.Results A total of 314 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 90.75%.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of job burnout scale among youth medical workers of different ages,number of children,health status,professional titles,and personnel relationships(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of work pressure scale among youth medical workers of different health conditions,and personnel relationships(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of social support scale for youth medical workers of different ages,marital status,number of children,health status,positions,and professional titles(P<0.05).Total score of job burnout scale for youth medical workers was(48.43±19.59)points,total score of social support scale was(35.84±7.04)points,and total score of work pressure scale was(36.91±9.34)points.There was negative correlation between job burnout and social support among youth medical workers(r=-0.399,P<0.01),positive correlation between job burnout and work pressure(r=0.645,P<0.01),and negative correlation between social support and work pressure(r=-0.299,P<0.01).Social support partially mediates the relationship between work pressure and job burnout,with a mediating effect of 15.3%.Conclusion The level of job burnout among youth medical workers is relatively high,and social support plays a mediating role in work pressure and job burnout.Reducing work pressure of youth medical workers and enhancin
