禤国维教授从肝肾论治儿童白癜风经验

摘　　要：白癜风是以皮肤斑片状色素脱失为主要表现的一种慢性自身免疫性皮肤病。儿童白癜风临床多见,中医治疗有一定特色和优势。禤国维教授认为儿童白癜风的核心病机为肝肾脏腑不足,病邪以风、湿、瘀为主。主张分期论治,进展期以调血祛风除湿为主,稳定期以补益肝肾为主,创立白癜风汤以补益肝肾、调血祛风,临证配合他方加减应用。同时重视内外合治、中西医结合和患者日常预防调护,临床取得较好效果。Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune skin disease mainly manifested by skin patchy pigmentation.Childhood vitiligo is common in clinically,and Chinese medicine treatment has certain characteristics and advantages.Professor Xuan Guowei believes that the core pathomechanism of childhood vitiligo is the deficiency of liver and kidney,with wind,blood stasis,and dampness as the main pathogens.According to different stages of syndrome differentiation and treatment,in the advanced stage,regulating blood,dispelling wind and removing dampness are the main methods,in the stabilization period,the key is to invigorate liver and kidney,establishing Baidianfeng Decoction to nourish liver and kidneys,regulate blood and dispel wind,and applying it in combination with other prescriptions for clinical treatment.At the same time,he attaches importance to the internal and external treatment,integration of traditional and western medicine,and the patient’s daily preventive care,and has achieved good clinical results.
