摘　　要：周围血管疾病是一类发生于心、脑血管以外的血管疾病。李令根教授从业50余载,在辨证论治周围血管疾病的过程中,归纳涵盖疾病特点、核心病机、治法、用药、养护原则及防护原则在内的“动脉凉静脉肿,血瘀痰湿要辨清;化血瘀祛痰湿,调和气血是要旨;诸般疾活用药,芪参当归苓泽芍;动脉静静脉动,活动原则要分明;慢性病莫急躁,春治秋防要记牢”歌诀,并用于指导临床,获效颇佳。本文对李教授治疗周围血管疾病的经验进行总结,以进一步丰富该病的中医临床诊疗思路。Peripheral vascular disease is a kind of vascular disease that occurs outside heart and cerebrovascular.Professor Li Linggen has been in the field for more than 50 years,in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of peripheral vascular diseases,he summarizes rhyme formulas that including characteristics of the disease,core pathogenesis,treatment method,medication,maintenance principle,and protection principle.Rhyme formulas are“arterial coldness and venous swelling,blood stasis and phlegm dampness should be distinguished clearly;removing blood stasis and expelling phlegm dampness,regulating qi-blood is the main point;flexible medication for various diseases,including Astragali Radix,Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Poria,Alismatis Rhizoma,and Paeoniae Radix Rubra;the principles of arterial and venous circulation should be clearly defined;don’t be impatient with chronic diseases,remember to treat them in spring and prevent them in autumn”,and used to guide clinical practice,achieving good results.This article summarizes Professor Li’s experience in the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases,in order to further enrich clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
