摘　　要：皮肤屏障功能异常是特应性皮炎(AD)的重要发病机制,修复皮肤屏障功能在AD的治疗和预防复发方面发挥重要作用。从“营卫气化”理论出发,分析营卫生成、循行、运动变化与皮肤屏障功能的相关性,认为营气内虚、卫气不充、营卫气化不畅所致营卫失和是皮肤屏障功能异常的关键病机。该失调影响皮肤角化包膜分化、皮脂膜合成及皮肤微生态平衡,从而加剧AD的发生和发展。本文旨在探讨通过调和营卫、宣通营卫、补益营卫法修复皮肤屏障功能在AD治疗中的运用。Abnormal skin barrier function is an important pathogenic mechanism of atopic dermatitis(AD),repairing skin barrier function plays a crucial role in the treatment and relapse prevention of AD.Starting from the theory of“ying-wei qi dynamics”,this paper analyzes correlation between generation,circulation,movement changes of ying-wei and skin barrier function.It is believed that the key pathogenesis of abnormal skin barrier function is the imbalance of ying-wei caused by deficiency of ying qi,insufficient wei qi,and poor gasification of ying-wei qi.This imbalance affects differentiation of keratinized skin capsule,synthesis of sebum membrane,and balance of skin microbiota,thereby exacerbating occurrence and development of AD.The purpose of this article is to explore application of repairing skin barrier function in the treatment of AD through the methods of harmonizing ying-wei,promoting ying-wei and nourishing ying-wei.
