中医药治疗儿童特应性皮炎的文献计量与可视化分析

摘　　要：目的对中医药治疗儿童特应性皮炎的相关文献进行文献计量与可视化分析。方法通过分别检索2004年1月至2024年7月中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网及Web of Science核心合集数据库、PubMed收录的相关文献,利用CiteSpace 6.2.R6和VOSviewer 1.6.20软件对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析,并绘制相关图谱。结果共纳入中文文献310篇,英文文献155篇,其中中文年发文量呈现波动上升趋势,英文年发文量相对稳定。中文文献形成了以赵喆、刘红霞、刘杰为代表的核心作者群,英文文献形成了以Chen Hsingyu、Wat Elaine、Xu Rong等为核心的团队;中文文献核心发文机构有广东省中医院、河南中医药大学、成都中医药大学等,英文文献核心发文机构有香港中文大学等;中文文献关键词480个,可聚为10类,英文文献关键词205个,可聚为14类。从中文文献来看,健康教育是长期研究热点,同时近年来危险因素、临床观察成为新研究热点。从英文文献来看,“acupuncture”是近年热点关键词,近期研究将中医作为与西医互补的治疗手段。结论本研究运用知识图谱的研究方法,较直观地展现了儿童特应性皮炎在中医药领域近20年的研究概况,为儿童特应性皮炎的中医药研究提供参考。Objective To analyze the literature on the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children by traditional Chinese med-icine.Methods By searching the relevant literature collected by CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,Web of Science Core Collection database,and PubMed from January 2004 to July 2024,CiteSpace 6.2.R6 and VOSviewer 1.6.20 software were used for visual analysis of authors,institutions,keywords,and draw the correlation map.Results A total of 310 literatures in Chinese and 155 in English were included,among which the number of annual publications in Chinese showed a fluctuating upward trend,while the number of annual publications in English was relatively stable.The Chinese literature formed several groups of authors centered on Zhao Zhe,Liu Hongxia,and Liu Jie,while the English literature formed a group centered on Chen Hsingyu,Wat Elaine,and Xu Rong.The core publishing institutions of Chinese literature included Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Henan University of Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.,and the core publishing institutions of English literature included The Chinese University of Hong Kong,etc.There were 480 keywords in Chinese literatures,which can be clustered into ten categories,and 205 keywords in English literature,which could be clustered into 14 categories.From the perspective of Chinese literature,health education was a long-term research hotspot,while risk factors and clinical observation had become new research hotspots in recent years.In terms of English literatures,“acupuncture”was a hot keyword in recent years.Recent studies regarded traditional Chinese medicine as a complementary treatment method with Western medicine.Conclusion This study uses the knowledge graph research method to intuitively show the research overview of children atopic dermatitis in the field of Chinese medicine in the past 20 years,and provides a reference for the research of children atopic dermatitis in Chinese medicine.
