摘　　要：浆细胞性乳腺炎是一种常见的乳腺炎性疾病,好发于20~50岁非哺乳期女性,临床患者常因乳房疼痛,乳晕旁有脓肿、肿块前来就诊,早期易被误诊误治,不仅耗时耗力,也无法缓解患者病痛,严重影响患者的工作及日常生活。现代医学常用抗生素、激素和手术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎,药物副作用大,疾病复发率高,手术创伤明显,总体疗效不佳,不利于患者身心健康。祖国医学对浆细胞性乳腺炎研究自古有之,在临床上通过辨病辨证,分析病因病机等,辨证论治,对症下药,治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎。樊凤英主任医师从事乳腺疾病治疗数十载,临证经验丰富,提倡分期论治,内外兼治,不同分期治法不同,以疏肝理气,清热解毒,托里消毒为主,尤其重视顾护脾胃,使气血生化有源,从而达到消炎、止痛、去腐、生肌之效。本文通过一则病案,总结樊凤英主任医师治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎经验所得,供大家学习参考。Plasma cell mastitis is a frequent type of inflammatory breast disease,predominantly affecting non-lactating women aged 20-50.Clinical presentations often include breast pain,with abscesses and masses near the areola,leading patients to seek medical attention.It is easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated in the early stage,which not only requires much time and effort but also is unable to relieve the patient’s pain and suffering,which seriously affects their work and daily life.Modern medicine commonly employs antibiotics,hormones,and surgery for the treatment of plasma cell mastitis,which is associated with significant side effects,high recurrence rates,and noticeable surgical trauma,leading to overall unsatisfactory therapeutic outcomes and adverse effects on patients’physical and mental health.Plasma cell mastitis has been studied in Chinese medicine since ancient times.In clinical practice,the disease is treated through pattern differentiation,analysis of etiology and pathogenesis,and individualized treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Director Fan Fengying,a senior physician specializing in breast diseases with decades of clinical experience,advocates for staged treatment,principle of combined internal and external treatment,and employing different treatment methods for various stages of the disease.The treatment primarily focuses on removing obstruction in the liver and regulating qi,alleviating fever and detoxifying the body,and promoting disinfection,with particular emphasis on the care of the spleen and stomach to ensure generation and transformation of qi and blood,thereby achieving the effects of anti-inflammatory,pain relief,tissue regeneration,and wound healing.This article concludes the experience of Director Fan Fengying in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis through a case forstudy and reference.
