摘　　要：生脉饮作为传统中医经典方剂,近年来因其在心血管疾病防治领域展现出独特优势而受到广泛关注。现有证据显示,生脉饮能有效激活Nrf2/ARE信号通路,清除自由基,促进抗氧化酶表达,抑制氧化应激反应,从而减轻心肌损伤。同时,通过调控炎症因子、抑制凋亡信号通路、优化心肌能量代谢等多途径,生脉饮展现出全面的心肌保护效应。更深层次的分子机制研究揭示,生脉饮可通过调节miRNA表达、干预表观遗传修饰等机制,实现对心血管系统的精准保护。未来,深入解析生脉饮活性成分及其相互作用网络,将有助于开发更个性化、高效的心血管疾病防治方案。今后,在全方面临床应用前,还需更多高质量的随机对照试验验证其安全性和有效性。本文综述生脉饮对心肌保护的作用机制,旨在为心血管疾病的防治提供新视角和参考,以期推动临床实践的进一步发展。As a classic formula in traditional Chinese medicine,Shengmai Yin has garnered widespread attention in recent years due to its unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Existing evidence indicates that Shengmai Yin effectively activates Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway,scavenges free radicals,promotes the expression of antioxidant enzymes,and inhibits oxidative stress responses,thereby alleviating myocardial injury.Additionally,Shengmai Yin exhibits comprehensive myocardial protection effects through multiple pathways,including the regulation of inflammatory factors,suppression of apoptotic signaling pathways,and optimization of myocardial energy metabolism.In-depth molecular mechanism studies reveal that Shengmai Yin may achieve precise protection of the cardiovascular system by modulating miRNA expression,and intervening in epigenetic modifications.Future research focusing on the active components of Shengmai Yin and their interaction networks will assist in developing more personalized and effective strategies for cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment.However,before its comprehensive clinical application,more high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to validate its safety and efficacy.This article reviews the mechanism of Shengmai Yin on myocardial protection,aiming to provide new perspective and reference for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,in order to promote further development of clinical practice.
