摘  要:子宫内膜异位症(EMT)是一种具有恶性肿瘤生物学特征的良性疾病,发病率高,治疗效果欠佳,极具侵袭性及复发性,对育龄女性的生育能力、心理健康及生活质量造成严重影响。目前,经血逆流、体腔上皮化生理论等多种学说仍无法完整解释其发病原因,越来越多的研究显示,免疫抑制在EMT发生和发展过程中具有重要作用。吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶1(IDO1)是重要的免疫抑制分子,在免疫抑制及异常免疫激活发挥重要作用。IDO1的高表达可促进EMT的发生和发展,本文综述近年来IDO1与EMT相关性研究的进展,认为IDO1参与EMT的发展过程,影响EMT患者的分期,为疾病的临床诊断及治疗提供新方向。Endometriosis(EMT)is a benign disease with the biological characteristics of malignant tumors.The incidence rate is high,the treatment effect is poor,and it is highly invasive and recurrent.It has a serious impact on the fertility,mental health,and quality of life in women of childbearing age.At present,various theories such as menstrual blood reflux and coelomic metaplasia theory still cannot fully explain the pathogenesis of EMT.More and more studies have shown that immune suppression plays an important role in the occurrence and development of EMT.Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1(IDO1)is an important immunosuppressive molecule that plays a crucial role in immune suppression and abnormal immune activation.The high expression of IDO1 promotes the occurrence and development of EMT.This article reviews the progress of research on the correlation between IDO1 and EMT in recent years,and believes that IDO1 is involved in the development of EMT,affects the staging of EMT patients,and provides new directions for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
