摘　　要：以3-氯-2-甲基苯胺为原料,亚硝酸叔丁酯为重氮化试剂,在三氟甲磺酸水溶液中经重氮化反应得到三氟甲磺酸芳基重氮盐,然后与甲硫醇钠发生取代反应,得到3-氯-2-甲基苯甲硫醚。基于三氟甲磺酸芳基重氮盐极高的稳定性、安全性和反应活性,在优化的工艺条件下,产品含量和收率均在98%以上。该合成工艺“三废”量少,操作流程简单,绿色环保安全。Arenediazonium trifluoromethanesulfonate was synthesized from 3-chloro-2-methylaniline,tert-butyl nitrite(t-BuONO)via diazotization reaction in trifluoromethanesulfonic acid(TfOH)aqueous solution.And then,3-chloro-2-methylphenyl methyl sulfide was obtained from arenediazonium trifluoromethanesulfonate and sodium thiomethoxide via substitution reaction,Based on the high stability,safety and reactivity of arenediazonium trifluoromethanesulfonate,the yield and purity of the product were over 98%under the optimized process conditions.The synthesis process had the advantages of less wastes,simple operation,and safety.
