摘　　要：福建是习近平文化思想的重要孕育地和先行实践地。习近平在福建工作期间重视从全局上统筹谋划文化建设,围绕落实党和国家关于加强社会主义精神文明建设和文化建设的战略部署,立足福建的区位和历史人文优势,提出了一系列具有前瞻性的重要观点,探索了一系列具有变革性的生动实践,极大地推动了福建文化事业繁荣发展。这些理念创新和实践探索与党的十八大以来习近平关于新时代文化建设的思考和探索一以贯之、一脉相承,为习近平文化思想的最终形成奠定了重要基础。Fujian serves as a significant hub for the cultivation and application of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.During Xi Jinping′s tenure in Fujian,he placed substantial emphasis on the overall planning of cultural construction.With a focus on the execution of the strategic initiatives of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government for enhancing the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and cultural development,based on Fujian′s geographical positioning and historical and humanistic strengths,he put forward a series of forward-looking and important viewpoints,and explored a series of transformative and vivid practices,which greatly promoted the prosperity and development of Fujian′s cultural undertakings.These conceptual innovations and practical explorations align with his intellectual and explorative endeavors regarding cultural construction in the new era since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,laying the foundation for the ultimate formation of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.
