督灸联合独活寄生合剂治疗肾阳虚型骨质疏松症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察督灸联合独活寄生合剂治疗肾阳虚型骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取60例肾阳虚型骨质疏松症患者,对照组(n=30)给予口服阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗,研究组(n=30)给予督灸联合独活寄生合剂治疗,两组患者基础治疗均为调整生活方式和使用骨健康基本补充剂,周期为12周。检测骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)T值、25羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]、人N端中段骨钙素(N-MID)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平,记录中医证候积分、腰痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者腰1、腰2、腰3、腰4、左髋关节BMD T值、25-(OH)D、N-MID值均较治疗前升高(P均<0.05),两组患者PTH、中医证候积分、腰痛VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P均<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组患者25-(OH)D、N-MID水平均升高(P均<0.05),而腰3的BMD T值、中医证候积分、腰痛VAS评分均降低(P均<0.05);研究组不良反应的总体发生率低于对照组(6.67%vs.26.67%,P<0.05)。结论督灸联合独活寄生合剂能有效缓解肾阳虚型骨质疏松症患者的临床症状。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of du-moxibustion combined with Duhuojisheng mixture in the treatment of patients with osteoporosis of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with osteoporosis of kidney Yang deficiency type were included and the patients were randomly received Alfacalcidol Soft Capsule orally in control group(n=30)or du-moxibustion combined with Duhuojisheng mixture in study group(n=30).The basic treatment of lifestyle adjustment and supplements for bone health were given to all patients for 12 weeks.The level of BMD T-score,25-(OH)D,N-MID and PTH were measured.The TCM syndrome score,Lumbar pain VAS score and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results After treatment levels of lumbar1,lumbar2,lumbar3,lumbar4,left hip joint BMD T-score,25-(OH)D and N-MID in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P all<0.05).The levels of PTH,the score of TCM syndrome,and lumbar pain VAS were significantly decreased(P all<0.05).Compared with the control group,25-(OH)D and N-MID in the study group were significantly increased after treatment(P all<0.05),while the levels of lumbar 3 BMD T-score,the score of TCM syndrome and lumbar pain VAS were significantly decreased(P all<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.67%vs.26.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of du-moxibustion combined with Duhuojisheng mixture can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of osteoporosis of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.
