摘　　要：英国高等教育因其高质量教学而受到欢迎,在维持高质量教学中,其高等教育教学质量监管起到了不可替代的作用。通过解析英国高等教育教学质量监管发展过程和结构体系发现,英国高等教育教学质量监管诞生于大学自治传统之中,而后不断发展成为当前以学生为中心的监管组织框架,其高等教育教学质量监管由政府、大学和以学生群体为代表的第三方组织等构成,共同编织成严密的监管网络,在各自承担不同功能的同时相互协作、交融。借鉴英国高等教育教学质量监管经验,对我国高等教育教学质量监管有重要启示意义:构建结果导向的分级分类监管机制;激发学校自觉自发监管意识;形成内外监管相互平衡交融格局。UK higher education is popular for its high-quality teaching.The supervision of teaching quality in British higher education plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining its high-quality teaching.This paper analyzes the teaching quality supervision structure of higher education in England and explores its characteristics and excellent organizational experience.Through the analysis,it is found that the education quality supervision of British higher education is composed of three parts:the government,the university and the third part represented by the student group,which cooperate and blend with each other while assuming different functions.By referring to the experience of teaching quality supervision of higher education in England,it has some enlightenment significance to the teaching supervision of higher education in our country:to construct the results-oriented supervision mechanism,and stimulate the school's self-conscious and spontaneous supervision consciousness.We will form a balanced and integrated pattern of internal and external supervision.
