摘  要:不锈钢通常是指在大气、水、酸、碱和盐等溶液或其他腐蚀介质中,具有良好的化学稳定性的高合金钢。不锈钢具有良好耐腐蚀性能的根本原因是在铁碳合金中加入了铬、镍、钼、钛等其他合金元素。不锈钢根据金相组织的不同,分为铁素体不锈钢、马氏体不锈钢、奥氏体不锈钢、奥氏体-铁素体双相不锈钢和沉淀硬化不锈钢等,近些年来,又开发出了高纯铁素体不锈钢、超低碳奥氏体不锈钢等新钢种,奥氏体不锈钢焊缝铁素体含量的测定日益受到重视,对于铁素体含量也有很多种试验方法,包括磁性法、金相法、化学计算法。Stainless steel usually refers to high alloy steel with good chemical stability in the atmosphere,water,acid,alkali and salt solutions or other corrosive media.The fundamental reason for the good corrosion resistance of stainless steel is that chromium,nickel,molybdenum,titanium and other alloying elements are added to the iron-carbon alloy.Stainless steel according to the different metallography structure,is divided into ferritic stainless steel,martensitic stainless steel,austenitic stainless steel,austenitic ferrite duplex stainless steel and precipitation hardening stainless steel,etc.In recent years,and the development of high purity ferritic stainless steel,ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel and other new steel.More and more attention has been paid to the determination of ferrite content in austenitic stainless-steel welds.There are also many test methods for ferrite content,including magnetic method,metallographic method,chemical calculation method.
