摘　　要：液化天然气作为清洁能源受国家政策扶持推广。小体积且结构简单的LNG低温储罐需求不断提升,广泛应用于LNG气化站等领域。其由内胆、外壳、绝热层和支撑结构组成,具备良好绝热性能等优点。随着LNG应用领域扩大,小体积简单储罐能满足市场需求,在特殊场合需求量大。其结构优化实现空间高效利用,具有降低成本、便捷安装运输、安全性高、便于应急处理和日常维护等优势。低温储罐采用真空粉末绝热形式,优质奥氏体不锈钢内罐及管道保证低温韧性,配备安全附件确保正常工作和异常情况下的安全性。As a clean energy source,liquefied natural gas is supported and promoted by national policies.The LNG cryogenic storage tank with small volume and simple structure is widely used in LNG gasification stations and other fields.The utility model is composed of an inner liner,an outer shell,a heat insulation layer and a supporting structure,and has the advantages of good heat insulation performance,etc.With the expansion of LNG application field,the small volume simple storage tank can meet the market demand,and the demand is large in special occasions.The utility model has the advantages of low cost,convenient installation and transportation,high safety,convenient emergency treatment and daily maintenance.The cryogenic tanks are insulated with vacuum powder,high quality Austenitic stainless-steel tanks and pipelines to ensure low temperature toughness and equipped with safety accessories to ensure safety in normal operation and abnormal conditions.
