摘 要:为探究脲酶抑制剂N-丁基硫代磷酰三胺(NBPT)对水泡粪圈舍粪尿储存过程氮排放的影响,以猪新鲜粪尿为试验材料,设置空白对照组(CK)以及0.02%(T1)、0.04%(T2)、0.06%(T3)、0.08%(T4)和0.10%(T5)的5个NBPT添加组,共计6个处理,每个处理3个重复,进行为期25 d的储存试验,比较各处理粪尿中氮素转化与损失特征及减排成本。结果表明:与CK相比,NBPT处理可通过减少粪尿中尿素的分解转化,进而显著降低13%~54%的NH3排放(P<0.05),且随着NBPT添加比例增加,NH_(3)减排量先明显增加后趋于稳定;T5处理减排效果最佳但减排成本也最高,T2处理单位成本NH3减排量最高(106 g/元),NH_(3)减排潜力达37%。综上,水泡粪圈舍添加脲酶抑制剂NBPT可有效减少NH3排放,在实际生产中推荐0.04%添加剂量。In order to investigate the effect of urease inhibitor N-butylthiophosphorotriamine(NBPT)on nitrogen emission during feces and urine storage in blister pig pens,fresh pig feces and urine was taken as study material in this study and a total of six treatments,blank control treatment(CK),and the 0.02%(T1),0.04%(T2),0.06%(T3),0.08%(T4)and 0.10%(T5)of NBPT addition treatments were designed with three replicates per treatment,the storage experiment lasted for 25 days.The characteristics of nitrogen conversion and loss in feces and urine and the abatement cost of each treatment were compared.The results showed that:Compared with CK,the NBPT treatments could significantly reduce ammonia emission by 13% to 54%(P<0.05)through reducing the decomposition and transformation of urea in feces and urine,and the ammonia emission reduction effect showed a significant increase and then stabilized with the increase of the proportion of NBPT addition;Among them,T5 treatment had the best abatement effect but also had the highest abatement cost.T2 treatment had the highest ammonia abatement per unit cost(106 g/yuan),and it had the ammonia abatement potential of 37%.In conclusion,the addition of urease inhibitor NBPT to blister manure pens can effectively reduce ammonia emissions,and the 0.04% additive dose is recommended in actual production.
