摘　　要：本文重点研究TIP模式在房屋建设工程项目质量管理中的应用,详细总结了项目质量管理TIP模式的主要内容,从构建管理体系、构建保证体系、组织设置、责任制设置等方面对其质量保证展开分析,提出了加强4M1E的控制、强化施工工序质量控制、设置工序活动质量控制点、采用统计分析方法等的应用措施,以期为房屋建设的良性发展提供有效参考。This article focuses on the application of TiP mode in quality management of housing construction projects,and summarizes in detail the main content of TiP mode in project quality management.From the aspects of building management system,building assurance system,organizational setting,responsibility system setting,etc.,the quality assurance of TiP mode is analyzed,and application measures such as strengthening control of 4M1E,strengthening quality control of construction processes,setting quality control points for process activities,and adopting statistical analysis methods are proposed to provide effective reference for the healthy development of housing construction projects.
